Both work well with The Old Tattered Flag wool cutting dies allowing rug hookers to cut up to three layers of wool at a time with one turn through the machine.

Preowned Item: In great condition! Has a small amount of embossing powder on the handle as shown in pictures. Works well and has been tested cutting three layers of regular weight wool. If cutting heavier weight wool, you would need to cut one layer at a time.
