Flower Garden is an original design created by Jennifer Kaylor on February 19th, 2025. This beautiful pattern can be hooked or punched. My original pattern was designed to fit an 11.5 × 19.5 antique frame. Techniques included applique/proddy of the flowers, quilling for the stone path, and a folded standing wool for the garden fence. These were all hand-sewn onto the linen backing. The sky was hooked in a #6 cut of wool. Inspiration for the quilling and folded standing wool techniques were gleaned from Tracy Jamar's book, Coils, Folds, Twists and Turns. In this book, Tracy provides great instructions and photos on how to do the quilling and the folded standing wool techniques.
